This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Starly.me platform and its services. By creating an account and using Starly.me, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

1. INTRODUCTION

Starly.me is an online platform that allows users to create multilingual portfolio websites, unlimited vCards, and CVs. The platform is owned and operated by EDUS Lanka (PVT) Ltd, a legally registered company in Sri Lanka under PV00232840. This Agreement is legally binding and complies with Sri Lankan and international judicial law.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use Starly.me, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent.
• Provide accurate and complete registration details.
• Agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & MANAGEMENT

• Users must provide valid and truthful information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Starly.me reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities.

4. USER RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Users may:

• Choose a package (Premium, Trial, or Free) and register.
• Create, edit, and manage their portfolio, vCards, and CVs.
• Use Starly.me's features, including multilingual support, custom domains/subdomains, and advanced QR Builder.

Users must NOT:

• Engage in any illegal activities through the platform.
• Use the service to distribute, upload, or share any harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content.
• Violate intellectual property rights of Starly.me or other users.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

• Users retain ownership of their uploaded content, but grant Starly.me a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use the content within the platform.
• Starly.me reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies without prior notice.

6. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Users can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY

• Starly.me follows strict data security measures to protect user information.
• User data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Starly.me provides services "AS IS" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service availability.
• Starly.me is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Users assume full responsibility for their use of the platform and any decisions based on the information shared.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

• Starly.me reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this Agreement.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time, subject to data retention policies.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
• Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Sri Lankan courts.
• Starly.me reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, with changes effective upon notice.
